Grant application copy (archive)

Archive of the texts submitted to Xiaomi MiMo 100T on 2026-05-05. Kept here in case of resubmission or as a template for future grant applications of the same shape.

  • Programme: Xiaomi MiMo 100T (1.6B tokens, ≈ $100 equivalent).
  • Submitted: 2026-05-05.
  • Review window: 3 business days.
  • Decision by: ≈ 2026-05-08.
  • Project application: EATF (Enterprise Agent Trust Framework / Aletheia) as the kursuseprojekt; the paper and atlas are the academic output of the same agent loop.

The full long-form (~1800 chars) and short-form (~700 chars) variants live in grant-application-copy.md in the repository root.

In a sentence: the project is described as a multi-agent + long-chain-reasoning architecture, where each partner-integration vertical (water-quality, building audit, education, medical, KYC) emits an output that passes through a provenance pipeline:

research-corpus RAG → Pro-drafted assertion
→ Omni-rendered visual artefacts
→ Voice-cloned audio narration
→ Aletheia signing layer
→ hash-chained audit ledger
→ public verifier at h2oatlas.ee/verify/<id>
  1. Save MIMO_API_KEY and the Anthropic-compatible MIMO_BASE_URL to a private note (NOT in the repository).
  2. eatf doctor-style sanity check: a plain model="MiMo-V2.5-Pro" “hello world” call must succeed.
  3. Record reference audio (5–10 minutes of technical PKI reading in ET / EN / RU). Upload to the private R2 bucket pki-atlas-audio.
  4. Wire env vars into paper-pki-ai-act/scripts/ and pki-atlas/scripts/translate.ts / render-audio.ts.
  5. Run a diagnostic ET paragraph (~500 words of technical PKI) against MiMo-V2.5-Pro and compare with the Claude Opus baseline. If MiMo is significantly weaker, route ET translation through Claude.
  6. Stage 2 — first EN→ET/RU translation pass and first chapter audio render.
